conducting an interview for an event video

Event video coverage is a service that Homefield Productions has excelled at for years. We have experience covering events throughout a wide array of industries. Our team has created videos covering corporate events, product launch parties, financial summits, client retreats, trade shows, and pretty much everything in between. Event videography is not only an excellent way to showcase the success of your event, but a strategic marketing tool as well. A great video has the ability to draw in future guests, raising awareness and interest in upcoming events.

Your team has put in endless hours preparing this event, and our mission is capturing and presenting the event in the best way possible.  We know how important it is to highlight the event space, people attending, the speakers, the entertainment, and the all the little details that make your event stand out. However, there is one part of every event video that ties it all together - on-site interviews.

Utilizing interviews in event videography is so important. Setting up a quick on-site interview with key speakers, event sponsors, and attendees is what allows us to tell the story of why your event matters. Utilizing interviews with people on-site allows the audience to feel the energy of the day. People love real life experiences, and capturing real life interviews adds that much more to the overall presentation. That in-the-moment energy is something that is difficult to recreate afterward.

The space is often loud and busy throughout your event. This is why it's vital to have an experienced team like Homefield Productions there to capture high quality visuals and audio of these interviews. We blend in seamlessly, finding the perfect spot to highlight the space, while still getting professional level audio to use in the event video.

On-Site interviews also provide value beyond the main event video. Short clips from the interviews can be used later for social media, upcoming event promos, brand testimonials, and other future marketing efforts.

By showcasing interviews from your event, we make sure your video strikes a chord with your audience. Interviews are what gives the footage a purpose, ultimately telling your event’s story. This is something your guests, and future guests can hold on to.

Vault Summit in Cannes provided a space that proved to difficult for interviews. However, we found a space to make it work, and they brought the whole video together.
